I really enjoyed my stay at Bartley Lodge Hotel. The cozy corner of my room had a comfortable armchair perfect for reading, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Plus, the breakfast was delightful with a variety of fresh options, including pancakes and local produce.

Staff were absolutely bloody useless at times, and the room felt pretty tired and in need of a spruce up. The shower was a bit of a mad combo, too hot to use, which was a right pain.

The breakfast was truly satisfying, featuring a good variety of options that kept the whole family happy. The staff went above and beyond, even bringing our children colors and books to keep them engaged during meals. the shower water pressure could be improved for a more refreshing experience.

the noise insulation in our room was pretty bad, we could hear cars all night. also, the bathroom had some plumbing noises that were kinda annoying.
